If you're having issues with the top connecting wire stretching over too far then pop a washer or two in there that are of a wider diameter to the centre post nuts

Has anyone tried sanding down the top caps yet? Mine are directly opposite the wick hole. Put the spare O ring on top of the existing O ring and try if the hole is too far out.. Or swap the caps around between your Aga'sand see if that helps..

If your coils are popping it means the wick may be conducting..
Start at low voltage on your provari and put some juice on the wick before you fire @ 3 volts for the first time...

So I coiled one with 400 and one with 500 mesh, must say there is a marked improvement in the 500, in fact id say it was over wicking a little, just upped the kick by half a watt to sort that out, these are very good indeed!!! nows a good time to post my new recipe too, its been steeping till these arrived

It has been confirmed by Mikrosoft on UKV also Toby is looking at getting ss center posts,I reckon these are worth working with as they stand they are good but with a bit of fettling could be very good.
