I know we have the Kudos thread & I hope everyone continues to use it, But I just have to say an extra thank you to our regular forum suppliers

There is hardly a day goes by that I don't get members PMing me or read threads about the excellent customer service they have received.

So an extra thumbs up to all of you

I have never experienced the amazing service that we get from the vendors here, from anywhere else even big companies! The vendors we have really are unbelievably fantastic!!!

I have used quite a few suppliers from here and I have to say that they are all fantastic very helpful and products are packed and delivered as fast as they can I would love to thank them all very very much

My experience has been nothing but great with our vendors. It's a strange conundrum, because whilst we all want vaping to be the 'next big thing' and to see as many people as possible making the switch, I think it is the very fact that most of these guys are single traders with a knowledge and enthusiasm that makes them so good. Their attention to their customers and the fact that they listen would likely disappear if they became more corporate. Not wishing to diminish your business dreams guys, but small really is the best way for us customers.

I've only ever had the most fantastic service from all our Forum Supplier's and indeed those that don't post on here . . . they really do go the extra mile with their customer service.

Just had a response to an email from one, even at this ungodly hour.

I agree that small is good. The corporate people only look at the profit, and though the profit is the reason for getting into business (otherwise it is a hobby) the standard I have got from refferals to vendors from this forum have been fantastic, at worst it has been great. I said on another post, that the measure of a company is what they do when things go wrong. every company is great when it is all going swimingly but what happens when something falls into the works is what puts them apart. Like onedayillquit said, it is the attention to detail and their customers satisfaction that counts for a lot.

One thing to bear in mind.

Most of the suppliers who are now established, managed to get in at a time when things must have been very hectic.

Dodgy Chinese imports, new Chinese factories palming off batteries and accessories that simply did`nt work, or limited timescale.

I look at my vaping drawer with worn out and broken bits n pieces in, and cant imagine what the drawers were like for you guys a couple of years ago.

So for the suppliers who managed to come through those times, with never ending refunds, returns, complaints and bad feelings. You deserve to be at the top of the tree now.

Hats off to you guys. You`ve taken the rough, lost money along the way, probably many a sleepless night too.

You all deserve a slap on the back and a free pint at the mini-meet if you`re going. Its des`s round!

I have only ever ordered stuff from outside the UK once.

It took ages to get to me, and I am not very patient when it comes to buying on-line, not used to waiting., that is why I never buy in the bulk buy discounted stuff from China.

I stick to the tried and tested sites where speedy delivery and excellent stock , 100% dedication is given to the customer.

I get all that in the UK , I am a great supporter of the use your local shops brigade.
