Apologies for using caps it was just a honest mistake just sometimes when doing other things on the computer in caps i just simply forget to turn them off so sorry if i have deafened anyone
and i am going to use the next few days in rectifying any issues anybody has with the website first one is to change from low med hight ex high to something a little more exact
next thing it to try get some more reliable descriptions on the items on the site
i know it may not be the best site out there but i do my best with my limited abiitys so please accept my apologies to everyone
i do hope this will not affect anybody that has used the company in the past i give my heart and sole to give as much as i can at the best prices i can

Your web store is simple & easy to use James. Although descriptions of items you sell could be sharpened up a bit. I know it's tough when you steer the whole ship yourself, however, the customer demands have risen quite rapidly since even I started vaping, so demands on vendors to produce the best products is greater than ever. I think it's always a positive thing for vendors to listen to their customers & take on board what customers are saying whether it be positive or negative. James, you are my sole supplier of e-juice & I hope it continues. However, maybe you need to re-evaluate things & find a good equilibrium which works well for everyone

Just an idea James..... Because you offer free shipping, maybe you should not rush to get orders out. I'm pretty sure people won't mind waiting a few days longer for their orders. At least that way, you have more time to mix the juices & you won't feel so bogged down with it all. Also, less returns to deal with aswell. Another idea is: to stick with bottles that are easy to squeeze. I have had a few juices from you in bottles that are very hard to squeeze. Although it dosen't bother me too much, anyone who struggles using their hands will definatly find such bottles a major problem. Personally, I feel that you push yourself too hard & that's when mistakes get made. Which does noone any good. Anyway, tis up to you

Thoses are fantastic ideas But it is a sad fact that if i delay posting by even on day i get so many complaints it is just not even funny i try to take a day off and have a wonderful time with my family and come home to so many upset e-mails wanting to knwo where their orders are or why they have not been shipped or even processed
and the hard bottles were a mistake i thought at first the clear plastic was better so you could clearly see the contents but found when i got them they were a little hard to squeeze so any new bottles i have purchased are the soft type at the moment the 5ml and the 30 ml and the 50 ml bottles are all soft plastic only the 10ml and 20 ml at the moment are still the hard plastic and will be replaced shortly with the next order
and yes it is true that i do push myself hard and try my best to keep everyone happy and i will admit that mistakes have been made in the past and I have and always will make sure any error is and will be dealt with to everyone's satisfaction no matter what it takes
just a terrible fact that yes i am a one person organisation and no matter how many checks are done some mistakes do happen with the volume of orders going out .... you know the old saying we are all human
defiantly no excuse but just a fact and hope that you all can understand the fact i dont want to let anyone down

Your not letting people down James. We are just all concerned about you. About processing & shipping orders: I still think because you offer free shipping, you shouldn't rush to get orders out. Maybe when you re-jig your website, you could state this. As long as it's clearly stated, then people won't expect orders to arrive the next day. After all, I think you are the only vendor who offers free postage, so it is a huge bonus for customers. You mix juices to order as well, so it's totally understandable that it's not always possible to ship orders quickly. All this needs clearly stating on your website. If you politely state this, then tis up to the customer whether they want to wait or not. Also, the better the overall service & quality of goods, the bigger the chance that people will wait for their order to be sent. Obviously, it's your call. However, I think it could be the way forward, or at least worth a consideration or even a trial

ty so much for the concern and the ideas i will seriously have a think anbut that it does sound very a peeling to me to have a little more time to concentrate on thing here all comments are welcome on any aspect of the business i want it wo be as friendly as possible to all and think i may be the only one to ask for such input ...i am willing to be proved wrong on that last bit

Caps locks make my eyes hurt Coming back to Chrissies point, from the pic youu have it is hard to tell what they are. It depends on the innards - if it is a carto then it is a DCT, if they are like a CE" then it is more like a Vision Grande. If the innards a re like a Stardust (CE4+) then you have something unique (well nearly I have my Frankentank ) Maybe when you have a bit of time you could put up some detailed pics for us here...
