James, I suggest you really take Hissie's suggestions to heart, they are very sound IMHO. On the "NOT next-day delivery" subject, as long as you have hi-viz info on the subject, no-one can complain

I would say that I can't keep pace with the demand and reliably fulfill orders for next-day delivery - but I expect that's very bad marketing and/or PR

On the subject of CAPS (yeah, I know it's closed and I know you're going to try to watch out for it) I just can't read paragraphs in caps, it's OK for a word or phrase for emphasis.

On the subject of CAPS being SHOUTING - remember the early days of the internet when there was "netiquette"? Well, that was when it was a privilege to have a PC and get on the www, but now any Tom, Dick and Carrie... and Chantelle and... better not give any more examples in case we have members with those names

I personally have any "bulky" mail delivered to my mums , simply coz she's retired and always in , so I never get it for at least a week lol , so on that note James I agree with Hissie , take your time posting out if your doing free postage , those that want here and now should find another site to buy from .... Simples

the option of paying and not paying is a very fair way of doing it and worth a very hard think ...just need to discover how to do it on the store i use

on another topic i was requested by a customer to get some 510 ego type Tank Cartridge Caps
which i now have on the site if required 10 for £1.50 red and black colours available

and to Hissy i am Ok just working through it ty for asking will get there eventually

I have a problem !!!
The lovely people at the post office as you might know are raising the price of postage
so any parcel up to 700grams is gonna be £2.70 ....(i think thats what they told me )
and that is a massive increase for me

I have always given free postage for all items on the site all over the world and dont really want to start charging now but it does look as tho i have have to start

any comments on this matter please feel free to leave a note here
