Jimmy............ I dont really know what to say other than its a sign of the times......... everything is going up these days.

You've always given excellent service.............and if its a case of now charging postage and staying in business. Then it has to be done. Sure people, including me will still order from you even if you have to charge for postage.

I do know some on-line sellers will give free postage if you've ordered over a certain amount, it seems to work for them

Most of the other vendors charge postage whatever the weight of the package. So 1 bottle of juice would be the same postage as 5 bottles.

There are ways James, you just have to not feel guilty about charging postage

Personally it wouldn't bother me in the slightest if you had to start charging for postage
When I'm buying stuff I expect to have to pay a little extra for postage anyway so it definitely wouldn't put me off buying from you
I think it's brilliant that you do offer free postage at the moment but if you are not able to continue to then that's fine by me

Yup, I think free postage is well and good if you're buying over a certain amount's worth, but it wouldn't stop me from buying if I had to pay for the postage

Taken advice and have decided to offer free postage on orders over £30.00 don't know if this is the way to go but i will give it a go see what happens

Slightly offf topic, but I think the postal increases in general are disgusting. OK, so the cost of fuel has risen. But IMHO, the cost of postage has risen up and beyond the cost of living over the past goodness how many years.
Years ago, we used to get two deliveries a day, one very early morning and another around 1 p.m. That was stopped a long time ago. Now, I get my mail about 3 p.m. and often first class takes 2 days.
And no matter how much the postage goes up, we don't get a better service for it. /Rant.

James, you do a great a job and your e liquids are yummy. I've never had a problem finding whatever it is I've wanted to buy from your site. It's thumbs up from me!

Hi James.

It would help, in my opinion, if you had the shipping cost for items under £30 listed on the site before customers go to the checkout. When I buy from a new seller, the shipping cost is the first thing I look for before I click "buy".

(If it's already on your site somewhere and I missed it, please accept my apologies, I couldn't find it.)

it is clearly marked on the first page of the site ....but i will look and see if there is any other way to make it more apparent and clear ............to be frankly honest i wish i had never bothered with the postage
