Well, the CHIP regulations demand certain phrases which must be clearly legible, along with a prominent warning logo - I haven't found a way to do it on the 5ml bottles, it's just not possible.

There certainly are, putting 5ml into a larger bottle or putting the small bottle into a larger bottle seem to be two good ways.

You are all fabulous - your words of wisdom haven't gone amiss.
However, I am off on holiday tomorrow and my cessation date starts on 19th August and I haven't got my back up. Entirely my fault - I didn't ask soon enough.
I am not going to worry - I am down to 12 cigs a day now which is an improvement. On a good day I can manage on just 4 cigs.
If anyone feels comfortable about telling me exactly what I need to buy (e-cigs) and where to get them from, I would appreciate a PM. I won't sue anyone for mis-information!
Thank you all for your kind welcome. I'll catch up with you soon.

Hi Linds, you're not being thick at all - it can be more than a little confusing when you're starting out on ecigs, still get confused myself! This company have a fab half price sale on at the moment ( am convinced we should be on commission ) www.theelectroniccigarette.co.uk/products/starter-kits-products.htmlChris has posted a link above on a great ejuice supplier's - personally I vape about 10ml's of juice a week, so once you've made the intial commitment on a ecig kit, it's really a very inexpensive 'hobby', if I didn't keep on succumbing to bargains I'd probably only be spending £19ish a month on juice.

Many thanks to all that responded, sorry I've not been back but had a family crisis that took up most of my time.
I've had a good read thru all your advice and think I will have a try. I shall probably go with the make that is most like the 'normal' round ciggie. As I mentioned i tried the ones supplied by the smoking clinic that had the flat holder - like the old fashioned thingies and couldn't get on with them, they just felt too wierd in my lips!!

That's the same model (super-mini RN4081) as the top link in my previous post. Totally wicked & TECC are sister companies so have some of the same items on offer It's the same as the very first e-cig I bought over 2 years ago I loved it to begin with until I tried the mini 901, 6 months later. However, others here are still using that model & still loving it

I thought the videos was alike - lol. No wonder I'm getting confused. I'm trying to weigh up the round shape with the best hit - being a heavy smoker as I am

Lol, it really can be very confusing to begin with What about the Titan 510 in my second link? It produces a good vape. Should just warn you though, as a heavy smoker, the charge in these smaller type e-cigs won't last you more than a few hours before they need recharging. Not too much of a problem as you can put one battery on charge while using the other one. If you want something to last you all day before it needs recharging, then you would need to buy the larger Tornado : - www.theelectroniccigarette.co.uk/products/starter-kits/tecc-tornado-e-ni-or-electronic-2-product.htmlAnd don't forget, you will need some juice (e-liquid) to refill your cartridges with

My next question would be strength. Looking at my normal ciggies they state 0.6mg nicotine (remember I get thru 40 odd of them a day) what would be the eq liquid stength - anybody know?
