I live in Teesside.
Yeah, I was actually expecting the juice but no Riva. Seems it's the other way round. I probably should've ordered a small bottle of juice from LF at the same time as I ordered the Riva. Ah well, learn by mistakes.

Not sure if we have any members or not in Teeside Hissie. If you really want to give your Riva a try before Monday. You could buy a small bottle of vegetable glycerine from a supermarket - it's in the baking section, next to the food flavourings, & fill a cartridge with it. OK, it's not going to taste brilliant & of course you won't get any nicotine from it. But you would get lots of vapour

I'm wondering if anyone can give me an idea of what I need to last a month? I think I could be organised once a month, rather than randomly placing orders.
Also wondering what the average strength e juice people generally buy. I've bought quite a high strength, but on reflection am thinking I might have been better off going for 18mg.

Hissie, Our Scylla has such a lovely dry sense of humour (slaps Scylla with a wet fish - lubs you though ) OKey Dokey, I also agree - a good stock to have in is at least 5 atomisers a couple of extra spare batteries at least 60ml of juice. I know that may sound like a lot but all you will then need to do is top up a but each month. As for juice strength, you could experiment with cutting it with glycerine. However, it will reduce the flavour as well as the the nicotine content.

Hissie it's such a pity none of us seem to live close by each other. I've got tons of juice, I just don't seem to be using much at all, although now I've bought the fruity flavours I seem to be using them instead of popping a sweet in! LOL
I've got through 10ml in the first 3 weeks, I wasn't sure if this was average or not as I'm a newbie too. I've noticed that a lot of the veterans seem to say around 10ml - 15ml a week so it would be a good idea to have at least 60ml.
I initially found the tobacco flavours were great, didn't even feel as though I was missing a real cig, but now I've gone totally off the baccie flavours and am 'cutting' them with the fruity flavours which I love so much.
I didn't realise that the atties had a short life span, that's something I've only learned in the last couple of days, so as Chrissie says, get a supply of atties in.
I found in my first week that I had problems with my Riva, I was absolutely gutted. It turned out to be the charger that wasn't working. LF sorted it immediately, they were fantastic. They sent me a new charger and a battery as we weren't sure what wasn't responding.
I paid them for the battery once I realised that it was the charger, but also one of my atties was down, which they immediately replaced without fuss.
I think we all accept that things can go wrong with anything we purchase, it's important to know that there's incredible back up from any supplier, especially with something so serious as vaping. If you've not go the spares and something goes wrong, it's so damned hard not to reach for the 'real' alternative.

thank you for the replies, much appreciated.
I will hopefully get started vaping tomorrow, so will probably have a better idea of what is working and what isn't. Fingers crossed everything will be fine. I'm hoping I don't have too much trouble filling the carts.
I'll then look at the best place to buy atties, batteries juice. Am I right in thinking any 510 atties fit the Riva?
