Newbie help please

Have joined today but have been reading the board before and purchased SMOKOFF from Cloud 9 but don't seem to be doing very well. I am quite a heavy smoker - about 40 a day and wonder if I have bought the right one, also I don't understand about refilling, where do I buy this from and do I fill the cartridges that I already have. Would really appreciate any help offered. Thanks in advance.

OK, I can't find anything form Cloud 9 vaping called SMOKOFF or via google. Are you in the UK? The reason I ask is that I have come across an American site with a similar name to cloud 9 & it would really help if we can find out which kit you bought.

As for refilling, most e-cigs can be refilled with e-liquid (& yes you should be able to refill the cartridges that you already have) that can be bought from most sellers. Again, it will help if we know your location (roughly) to advise where you buy from.

Just googled a bit more & found out that the cheap 801 & 901 kits Lisa at Cloud nine was selling where branded Smokoff.

Pab, either of those can be filled with any e-liquid.

Thank you,. I assume that I can buy the e-liquid from Cloud 9. Its just that at the moment don't find e-cigs any kind of replacement for the real thing. Is there maybe a different make that I should try??

Lolli is right, it would help if we knew whether you had the mini 901 or the longer penstyle 801.

As for e-liquid, Cloud9 sells Dekang juice which is more than vapable but IMHO Paradise vVapes juices are better.

Welcome to the group!

Might be a silly question, but did the kit you got come with pre-filled (with e-juice) cartridges? Mine came with blanks, and you put your own preferred flaour/strength in. Mayb eif the ones you had were pre-filled, it's not strong enough?

As a newbie also, but a heavy smoker, like you, I went for the 36ml strength from James at Paradise Vape. The most popular one seems to be LnB, but I like the Benson Fences.

Get your order in quick though, as James is off on his jollies on the 12th, posting up to the 10th he says.
