18650 Panasonic batteries

Has anyone bought any before? I've bought 2 different types, 2 at a time, from different vendors and the outer coating has nicked off in several places showing the bare metal underneath after only a few charges. I thought I was just unlucky with the first 2 I bought.

It's only Panasonic I've had this problem with, no other make. Needless to say, I won't be buying any more.
Interested to know if anyone else has had the same problem.

These are the same as one type I bought, but they were from an e cig vendor, not ebay.

the outter casing isnt very robust and they dont even cover the whole battery, leaving the base exposed at the sides... i ended up putting some tape around the base of mine... the actual battery is good but i have to agree the casing needs some work ...this could be because they are made with the intention of being built into the device ...if you look on their website they say as much where protection pcb would be added

ive not tried them but these could be better for durability

I need new batts. Did order from mojo but for some reason he has refunded me due to unforeseen circumstances.
