Take a Piece of coiled wick, 1and a 1/2-2 inches long Unwind the wire till you have 6-7 turns left Snip the wires off, leaving you about an inch to play with and place the ends under the screw posts. leave a small gap between the wick and the post, say 1 millimeter, and tighten the screws. Be careful to have a correct size screwdriver, the screws will be pretty soft. Then snip off any excess wire Put a little juice onto the wick where the coil is and check your ohms Notice your cone/cover will have a hole Line up the cone against the base, putting the hole over the coil and gently put your wick inside it and push on (The screw covers are normally in the right place when fitted) Drip a few drops in the hole and put your drip tip on, i only took this off as it has a small hole There you go.

This is the one sold as the Mini Dripper, very easy to do. The Big Dripper is easy as well, that one has a juice well at the bottom. Instead of pushing the wick upwards, push it down into the well to aid wicking. The Mini is a little more airy than the other but both vape nice. For less ohms, take another wind off the coil and vice versa for more ohms.

Is that what it is? I was thinking it was some kind of upturned filter.
Nice idea, I think I'll pinch that if I may.

Yeah, I made a couple with some big sized wall hooks which had their hooks broken off and were lying in my clutter box. I never throw anything away.. Quite handy for certain jobbies..
