WOW! thanks for the warm welcome and great advice With all the juice flavours available is there a site which does small variety packs so that I could try several out or is it a case of buying the smallest bottles they have? Some of the flavours available sound just wonderful (Edit: just read above that 5ml tasters are available) Before taking the plunge into more expensive kit, juice etc. I wanted to see if I would be able to tolerate the vapour and not still be craving for a ciggie so I bought one of those ciggie lookalikes, if it didn't work out then I would not have wasted too many of my pennies. Normally by now in the day I would have smoked at least 10 rollups but I have used this e-cig instead and so far so good. No rollups and no casualties I will see how far through the day I get before the batteries pack up but so far I am very pleased. Thanks again for the welcome Pam

You won't be disappointed I better not be - you just cost me £15!!!!!!!! (well I couldnt justify paying postage on one 5ml taster could I?) I also got opal fruits which i've been desperate to taste and sour apple! ETA: oh and also smooothe vanilla menthol! That's funny we must have the same taste. I have also been contemplating the sour apple and the vanilla menthol, let me know how you go with them all. After all I don't want to waste £15 do I lol. Seriously though I will be shocked if you don't like it, what other Menthols have you tried Ratfinkz?

wow well done you - that's good going!!!!! (although you'll find the Riva's / Ego's etc a world apart they'll make it even easier for you! Re sample packs vape escape do 5x5ml for £12.99 here and I know other sites do them too. Most juice sites offer 5ml samples for £2-£3 pounds though so sometimes it's worth it just to order as many of those as you want - no restriction on how many you can have etc then

Macchiato sent me a few testers a couple of weeks ago (very kind) one of those was Grizwal'ds arctic cherry, I didn't expect much but it was fantastic So I then ordered the arctic lemon and found I didn't like it :-( Still searching for that special one :-)

Hi Pam and welcome, you wouldn't be disappointed with any of the e cigs mentioned above and they will all be a world apart from lookalikes, finding the flavor e juiced you like can take a while,I thought I would like all the cakey pudding type stuff, but prefer fruits and actually like mixing fruit and tobacco together in a cartomizer, now off to buy some menthol types to try after reading above

Hi Chrissie. I ordered the vapourlites rechargeable with 5 extra cartomizers/refills 11mg menthol. The battery lasted from about 8.15am to 11am though to be fair I was caning it, it is now on charge which apparently should take a couple of hours. These would be very handy to take into work for a sneaky vape in the loo, I work in a place where there is no smoking on site and you can not leave the site during your 12 hour shift, not even during your breaks the battery would last long enough for that sort of use and I could keep the more expensive kit for at home! Pam

Pamo, I hope you realise that Vapourlites claim of that starter kit being the equivalent of 240 cigarettes is so not right. However, you should be able to refill the cartomisers you got with the kit, though I don't know what thread they are. If at any point you decide you need another ciggie lookalike for work, then this one has 510 threads so you will be able to buy the replacement cartomisers cheaply from all the good vendors - www.vapingthings.com/510_BASIC_TASTER_VALUE_KIT/p1311952_7333382.aspxOr there is the SD Keyring - brilliant for stealth vaping & though tiny, has better battery life than a ciggie lookalike - use discount code allabout for 10% off - www.vapeescape.co.uk/the-sd-keyring-ecig~266

Yes Jeanie, the cartomisers on the Riva kit have a 510 thread the same as the SD Keyring, so they will fit on both batteries

From the research I did into them I discovered they all seem to over state how much is in them. > From something I have read the vapourlites fit boge cartomisers so I guess that makes them a 510??? Thanks for the links...I love that key ring Pam O

Boge are mainly known for their 510 cartomisers so it does sound like the Vapourlites has a 510 fitting

Now don't laugh cos I'm not sure whether I read this, or dreamt it, but can you get something that enables you to fit the clearomisers onto the Keyring?
