Great to hear some positive stories. I'm getting on well with it so far, still a bit self conscious about it as you'll see from my other topic (@look at the size of it'), but getting there.

The two things that have been the most noticable for me is the lack of cough and my teeth have gone back to being white again, it took about 4 months for my teeth to return to normal but it's one of those things you notice every day!

Have to say already after a day and a half (and admitedly still having a few stinkies but much less than before), I already feel better. Can feel my lungs clearing (from previous experiences of giving up all together I know to expect the few days or so of couching up the stuff you've managed to force back down with every fag!), but most of all I just think I'm feeling happier about myself to be honest

Being a mean Jock, my health starts and ends with my Wallet, which, along with my waistline, is getting fatter every day!

I think I over did the nicotine a bit last night because when I went to bed my heart was bumping away but I took two or three long slow deep breaths and it all settled down again, had I done that when I was smoking my chest would have been rattling and would probably have had a couighing fit. Dave
