Hi All, This is gonna be a long one so please read on if you have a spare 10 minutes! haha After a few looks around and a bit of research I went for the EGO-C starter kit from vape escape. www.vapeescape.co.uk/search.asp?types=Deluxe+Vaping+Kits+%3E+Joyetech+eGo-CI decided on the starter kit so I can mod as I go and always have a base kit on which to compare any little extras I aquire However, while im very pleased with it, the vapour production is quite low compared with my rok star kit. I have to pull alot harder to get any hit compared to my old one. Now I have noticed 2 things that I could use to help with this but im not sure what each does. I have a choice of all these atomisers: www.vapeescape.co.uk/ego-c-atomiser-heads-**joyetech**~314Whats the difference between the 1ml and 2ml heads and the SR and LR ones? If i get LR 2ml ones will i get more vape? Also the twist battery: www.vapeescape.co.uk/joyetech-ego-c-twist-vv~367Is this the thing I need to improve the experience? By upping the voltage, do I also up the amount of vapour produced? Also, my test juice is paradise vape strawberry menthol (mostly PG, 11mg nic) I know mostly PG will produce less vape but the same juice produces alot more on my ROK star. Any suggestions much appreciated and thanks very much for reading

I think your problem is the delivery system - ie the c type atomiser tanks. You can screw anything onto your ego C that has a 510 thread - for instance Boge cartomisers or vision egos etc. So before going & buying the ego twist give some boge 510 LR cartomisers a go. The Lower resistance (LR) ones burn hotter & will produce more vapour & throat hit.

Or a Mini Vivi Nova Jack, excellent they are and don't need topping up quite so frequently as carto's. www.vapeescape.co.uk/mini-nova~404The Twist will give your vaping more versatility with it being a VV battery. Might also be worth looking at your juice content a little more and choosing some that have a higher VG content, to give you more vapour.

Cheers girls, ill look into getting some more gear when funds allow. I have a few skycig carto's that I can refill, they seem to work better than the tank/atty system at the moment anyway, so im ok for the time bieng

In my personal experience, the largest amount of vapour comes from direct dripping. I'm not really familiar with the Ego-C kit, so I don't know if you can use those atomisers to direct drip. (Someone else may be able to comment on that?) Do you have a bog standard 510 atomiser and a 510 drip tip? If so, it's worth trying a bit of direct dripping, just to see if you like the experience. That's how I got started. The next step would be to get a LR bauway 306 atomiser and a 306 drip tip. Then you'll be getting some proper vapour going. (I suppose I should add a disclaimer: some people struggle with dripping. It can be hit and miss. It takes a bit of practice to avoid either flooding the attie with too much juice, or not getting it wet enough and sucking in a lungful of that harsh burnt taste. The atties can be temperamental, and some just don't seem to work right at all. Having said all that, I'm willing to suck in a bad mouthful of burnt crap every now and then, because when you do get an attie working properly, the flavour and the amount of vapour is great.)

I would say that although kuro's not wrong, dripping is a bit further on from where you are at now, and to try the boges, they only cost a fiver or so, i must admit when i first tried LR, I didn't get on with it, but now 4 months on no problem. The thing is with vaping is you may like /dislike something now, and be the complete opposite in a few month's time, so if you have something you don't like, don't bin it /sell it, straight away, cos you may come back to it and go, mmm actually that's not too bad , It's all an adventure, welcome jackop, and watch out for the Ninja's oop's too late

Jackpop I think most people find themselves out of pocket to begin with as they find the kit and juices that suit them. At that point it is possible to settle down, but most of us then succumb to the things we want rather than the things we need lol
