Ive just seen what's happened on this thread and just wanted to say that there was no intention to cause any upset to other parties here and there was certainly no foul play by either myself or jayjay.

I didn't post on here that I wanted one as I didnt see as many coming up for sale as they have been on other forums (where I have posted).

I (like most of the vaping community) have been looking on all forums for weeks now for a decent priced penelope, ive missed out on some as sellers were talking to more than one party, I also missed out on the one sold to TKvape the other day, with that one, I had PM'd the seller and he had sold to TK, that fell through and another member bought it. I had PMd the seller before the buyer but I lost out to Benny. At the end of the day, a seller can sell his product to who he wants on these public forums.

Im sorry that you feel this was a 'dirty' trade Bacon, I just happened to be reading this thread when jay posted and PM'd him to see what the situation was with Ant and himself and a deal went on from there.

Apologies also to everyone else here for any upset caused.

It's also worth putting a few ' Wanted ' adds on forums, for high demand items such as the Penelope, as you may find that folk who would consider selling theirs don't have the requisite number of posts to do so.

Plus, not everyone wants an inbox full of PM's if they do offer something desirable Baconandeggs.

It's unfortunate that there just aren't enough of some items to meet demand, but we do all genuinely keep an eye out for other, which I find fantastic . . . Jay acted very honourably in this instance, holding it all day for Ant.

I hope everyone is all ok with this now, as our Classies operate on the highest level of mutual trust in each other.

just my two bobs worth dirty burger pmd me for mineitold him it was sold and it was, but then there was a cock up with Thailand etc etc and it was back for sale benny jumped in first and he got it.
so really dirty burger missed out once when really it should have been his.
the problem was i was getting pm after pm and there was also posts on the thread.
some were always gonna lose out.
but one thing this place isnt is dirty traders, in fact its the total opposite, as in there for sale here generally at cost and not with profits.

I've been banging on for months, no years, to the effect that all communications re items for sale should take place ON THE THREAD, and only go to PM to exchange payment details - not price negotiation, but PayPal and despatch addresses.

And the item should go to the first person ON THE THREAD to comply with the seller's firmly stated terms, one of which should never be "payment by PayPal Gift" - PayPal fees should be factored into the asking price.

I never realized this scylla. Apologies, but it was a fair sale. And there wasn't price negotiation by pm. And I can honestly say, I've never, ever, witnessed price negotiation on a thread. Great idea. Just I've never seen it.

And this bit, I was unsure if any pay pal fee would cost me money, or any other fee. So I tried to make clear that any fee that I came up against would be accepted by the purchaser. I think some sales are not so clear.
