Last night i ordered the 510/801 adapter and a BE112 LR atty to try from LF.I know that with this adapter you can use 801,BE112 or BE112 LR attys.Just wandered if anyone has used any of the mentioned products and what they have found from using them.Ive never tried 801 or BE112 atty before but have heard the BE112 is a good atty for dripping and tailpiping.Ive always wanted to try tailpiping on an atty that does not burn the lips so im kind of excited to give it a go. Any advice would be gratefully appreciated.

I've got some BE112's that I've not as yet tried Ian . . . in your capacity as official group tester, I'll look forward to hearing what you think of them.

I use LR BE112s on my Super Six (the S6 fitting for 801/112 has adjustable draw which is great) they provide the hit that regular 801s lack with less heat than other LR atties. I use carts though.

Ian, in some ways I'm a stick in the mud & no where near as adventurous as you So never got round to trying the 801 or BE112 atties cos I love my 901's - especially the LR's @ 3.7v. so much

The adjustable draw is fairly unique feature of the 801 fitting for the Super Six - it works with any 801/112 type atty you put on it. Basically there is a little hex screw on the fitting which you adjust to tighten or loosen the draw. The LR BE112 gives very good vapour and flavour with more hit than a regular 801. This type of atty has a rather gentle draw on most e-cigs, but on the Super Six I can tighten it up.

Thanks Prof.So you just draw gently on this one then, rite.I will try it on my box mod with carts and also tail pipe on it to see how to get the best results from this one. Also i know its an LR atty but some people say they use it at 4 and 5 volt.I dont think that would be to wise,do you??

Cheers mate.Didnt think it was good advice to do that. Some one on LF product review wrote-smashing performance at 4.5 and 5v.Whoever that was must have been lucky not to blow the atty altogeather.

Got my BE112 LR atty today and am loving it.Very similar to LR901 but the 801 carts i got are brill.I fit in about 30 drops of liquid and vapes for ages.Ive also tail piped it but dont really see the point when a filled cart lasts so long.Overall,i would say that BE112LR and 901LR are fabulous atties and give you the best flavour, throat hit and vapour.Sorry 510 but you are relegated to third place now,WOW ive never been so happy with attys till now.

I think the 510 atty got popular because it gave more hit than the competition at the time it first came out. As is often the case, there was a huge "Yeh! we love 510s" surge - BUT since the "LR" revolution, the 901 and 801/112 now, in LR form, outperform it (even in 510LR form) because they now give a) good hit b) more flavour than 510s and c) are actually usable with carts. (510 carts have always wicked badly)

I had never really thought of that prof.Yes i totally agree that 510 carts do not wick very well.So have you ever tried the 801LR?Bet it will be very similar to BE112LR???Ive seen 801LRs on some sites so i might try one soon.I must admit that the LR901 is in a league of its own for me at the moment.Everything ive ever wanted in an atty, only wish i had tried them sooner.Im really starting to enjoy the flavours now,BRILLIANT.Think the standard 901 put me off trying these, coz i cant stand the lack of thrat hit with them.
