Hi guys,
I trust your weekends are going well.
Quick question if you don't mind.
If i am trying a taste test on the e liquids I purchased and I am using the clearomizer (the good lady has stolen the other battery and cartomisers) can i just empty the clearomizer and add a new liquid or do I have to clean it before refilling.
Thanks in advance

Hi, I have refilled one liquid with another on my Visions a couple of times, didnt take long for the new flavour to come through. It usually only takes a couple of minutes to clean and refill it though so I would recommend cleaning first!

Thanks DB,
I cleaned it earlier and it seemed to take ages to get the full vapor pull back, i dare say because of the wicks being wet. Any tips to avoid this?
Apologies

I usually dont bother wetting the wicks, i just use paper towels to dry them out, I do the same thing when I clean the wicks with water too! If you get the coil wet, dont forget to dry burn for a bit so the coil drys out!
I mostly vape the same juice in each clearo but when I first started I just changed flavours without any issues.

I don't wash anything out I must admit, a quick dab with some kitchen towel of the wicks, is as much as I do. Then I just vape through the short time a flavour change takes.

Same here, become far to lazy and short on time, it's either a dab with kitchen roll or a few flicks to throw the juice off. Vaping through flavours has become the norm lately,

Morning all, How do you dab the wicks with kitchen roll? Do you have to take the centre peice out (very untechnical term i know). Another question, which flavours, not the normal cig tasting ones, have the kick in the throat? Heres a breakdown of what i initially got: Apple Tabac - enjoyed this and it has a decent taste but importantly has that smoky kick in the throat Gingerbread - nice taste but bland in the mouth and throat Honey Tbac - yuk Citrus spring - like smoking washing up liquid and bland in the mouth and throat Eastern Spice - yet to try this There you go, not a very good taste review but I am new to this Cheers

Hey, I unscrew the metal post with the wicks, get some paper towel, fold it in half, put the wicks/metal post on the paper, fold and press hard against the wicks being careful not to move them too much. Keep repeating until the wicks turn white again. I usually wash out the tank and shove a rolled piece of paper towel up it to dry it out.
TH (throat hit) I find gets stronger with higher mg content liquids and volts if you have a variable device.
what vaping kit do you have?
For nice tasting juice, pixie juice is a good starting place, quite a few give a good TH and the tastes are not too chemical like other brands.

Hi DB, I literally started just over a week ago initially with an e-lite but found the hit, the battery and the expense a bit of a let down.
Received the Riva 1100 on Friday and am enjoying the experience, I think I just need to find the right liquids. Apple tabac works for me but the others i purchased were a bit of a let down. I suppose it is a question of trying liquids and finding the right hit.
I will give pixie juice a go as I will be ordering later today, will try a menthol as i enjoyed the taste with the e-lite and a couple of others. Also ordering the good lady a kit as well as she has been using mine and is finding it a help with the hand to mouth addiction.
Cheers

Don't throw out the liquids that are a bit of a let down just yet. Your taste buds can change so you may find that you like them in a few weeks time

You can always add a few drops of menthol into 'insipid' juices or trade/sell the via the classifieds.
Try to keep strong flavours like menthol, mint & coffee to one atty as the atty will taint the flavour of other juices you vape.
