Resolutions

As I approach my six month mark I have been thinking about my vaping journey and have decided it’s time to make a couple of resolutions.

1) I don’t need any more kit. During the first six months I have tried lots of different stuff. I now have a Lavatube, a Provari and a couple of Twists for all the vv vaping I need, in addition to one of my original Rivas and an SD Keyring for backup & emergency.

2) I have the delivery mechanism I love. I’m sick of vaping less than perfect delivery devices. I have a couple of Penelopes and Vivi Nova minis which I really like. And a Big Dripper for tasting. Why am I still using V1 visions and carto tanks? No more. (Maybe just a Z-Atty-Pro to sit atop the Provari lol)

3) I’m sick of vaping juices I don’t really love, just because I have them. From now on any that I don’t really like are going in the back of a cupboard somewhere and I will only buy tried and tested juice or something that is massively recommended.

I'm pretty much the same Oneday, except it's taken me 2+years to get there . . . my added resolution, is not to try an eke the last bit of life out of something, that's really past it.

Yes, I can see all these resolutions working out just fine.


Until the next new fangle vaping gadget comes on the market and the bigger it is and the shinier it is, the faster the resolution will disappear out the window.

I need a good sitting down and sort through a load of stuff on my desk, you made me really look at my desk Oneday and it's not a pretty sight, bit like a jumble stall table it was all nice and sorted but takes a week and its all messes up again

Dunno Skwoddy, 14500 batteries on a VV device won't last very long at all, although I said that about Penelope and ended up with 2, so we'll see.

The plan is to sort some more gear out, but that remains to be seen as well.

All I need is another Provari (well I don't really but I want a black one), some ceramics for Penelope and another Penelope and I'm set. I have my all day vapes sorted and the delivery system, I'm no longer in need of anything else and have in fact pretty much stopped spending on vaping. I agree with Perps, if the Proteus only takes 14500 batteries it will be useless for me, I need something that will last me all day, swapping batteris 4 times a day just wouldn't work for me

A great post Oneday, I'm slowly trying to head towards this point too.
The provari is a fantastic mod (for me) and yes I would like a throathit or a proteus, but I don't actually need anything other than the provari. Another Penelope at some point and I'm all set. I wanted to get away from disposable items all together, but I can cope with a pack of Boges once a month for a carto tank if I decide to stick with them.
It is difficult when new shiny things appear but my provari & Penelope combination
is amazing enough, I should resist the urge to try and improve it.
I'm also fed up of trying new juices that are at best "vapable in case of emergency"
And I already have a box full of juice I'm barely even tempted to try.
I'm already settled on half a dozen permanent juices. I think my nirvana is pretty much there

I settled on my fave juices some time back but still like to try new flavours/vendors, though only in 5ml sample sizes. Until I rewick & coil the iAtty (v1) I'm not buying any of the rebuildables & shall stick with the cartos, clearos & eGo-Ts I have.

I have my perfect set up, Penelope & Provari

All I need is wick & wire and maybe the odd ceramic & nut as replacements for emergencies Oh and juice

I still have plenty of vivi's and visions for my twist & riva, so think I am all set

I dont think I will need to buy any more shiney's in the future

It's beginning to sound like I should add an apology to the vendors too lol

Same here oneday, i'm not buying any thing else apart from what i have already ordered, more mesh and wire, oh and i'll need some different size batteries for what's to come, then just juice, that's it Ps, i'n not at 6 month's yet so it's ok
