High, as my clearomiser from the Riva 1100 has seemingly packed up I would like to take it apart if it's possible. I seen a couple of videos of this but mine doesn't look quite the same as the one in the video. If it's a sealed unit then no worries, just curious that's all.

Do you know what type it is, or what kit you bought to start with?

Vaporized, let Jason know your Vision ego clearomiser packed up so quickly. One of the reasons we recommend Vape Escape so much is due to his customer service

One of the reasons we recommend Vape Escape so much is due to his customer service Will do, but I've ordered another 3 from him just incase another one pops when I least expect it to, I'll drop him an email tomorrow, one thing I'm learning fast is to keep your spare batteries charged and have plenty of juice at hand plus a few spares of the consumables - I'm getting there.

Yep, even though we are so lucky to have great vendors unfortunately we can't just pop to the corner shop if a battery or miser cuts out on us. It's always a good idea to have spares for your spares

If its a sealed clearo you can screw it in to an old battery and wiggle the tank of, no idea how easy or hard it is to re coil them though.

I haven't got a link but I've just looked on the Vapescape website where I bought my Riva 1100 kit from and they list it as a "Vision Ego Standard Resistance Clearomiser".

look up on you tube they are quite a doddle once you have done one of them I have just re-coiled 5 of them tonight took all of 30 minutes to do the lot using 2mm wick. Occasionally they may leak you just have to check all the rubber grommets are still intact and the seal on the inside top of the tube hasn't perished from screwing the drip tip too harshly

I think the ones that come with the Riva kit are V2 and can't be recoiled as far as I'm aware? Jason will be around in the morning, am sure he will help if he can

Great vid but to be honest that just seems a bit too much like hard work for me but a big up to you for doing it - I think I'll just keep buying spares so I won't end up blowing myself up!! Graham
