My Screwdriver's arrived

Hello,
I bought the SD but the atties just seem really weak, it's the first tiime I have tried the 901's so maybe I'm just not used to it,but,i get very little flavour and well there is just nothing there. The atties are working OK as I used them on the GDPT. Any thoughts?

Did you get the 510 conversion kit with it Lisa?
I plan to use it and pretty much stick to 510 cartos.

Yeah I got the conversion kit, I also bought 2 packs of 901's so was a bit peed with them. I really like the SD though :-)

I'm finding the atties aren't really up to much although I've only got the juice that came with it so until I get my order from james I can't really comment too much.

Something I've learned recently, while using the Shisha on holiday, is to blow into it to 'wind' the attie up and generate a bit more heat, don't know if this will have any adverse effects on the attie but it does give a much better draw..........

Did you get Low Resistance Atomisers with your Screwdriver's Lisa & Dee?

By the sound of it Lisa you got the standard 901 if you can use it on the GDPT without it going pop after very little or almost zero use.

It really is a completely different ecig with them, LR901's give a lovely vape.

Thanks Dee I will give that a try, I have just got the standard one's perp, I will try out the LR ones when I have got the money, I seem to have spent loads recently :-)

Ah, that'll be it Lisa . . . it's all money out this time of year as well.

The 901 LR atties are far better than the standard ones @ 3.7v. However, give the ones you have got a bit of time as 901's can sometimes need to kick in. You could try a short dry burn to get them going.

I couldn't wait any more, decided my sanity was worth more than the £5 ish extra I would've saved if I'd held out, plus I can have it sooner!
Talked my other half into buying me one on Saturday night (7 pints of Pedigree helped bring him round to my way of thinking lol)

The attie seems to have kicked in now, I over filled trying to get it to works, then had to blow it all out, seem to have done the trick.

Took my Screwdriver on it's first outing to the pub tonight and lost the switch!
Just had to order a new one from TW.
I think it's staying in the house from now on.

Oh deeeear!!! Seems like the SD MkII is very overdue for a redesigned switch No such probs with the MkI, so how did Trog go wrong?
