Nearly three weeks off the fags and was tested for the first time today since then really in terms of stress.
Had a rather snooty email from a precious managercomplaining about something trivial this morning and a subsequent barage of emails following my explanation of what she was complaining about.
In previous times this would have made me want to do two things
1. Tell her to stop being a numpty and grow up, before walking away from my PC and replying as though she has avalid point.
2. Go and have a cigarette (before completing number 1).
Just realised now that having a fag never crossed my mind, just a wander outside for a quick vape.
She's still a numpty though.

Vaping cures many ills, but numptyness is not one of them unfortunately. Well done on the stress test though  |

i have found out today that we may be going on short time/reduced pay as there is a down turn in work, at the moment i dont want a cig...  i cannot say that will last. |
