Too many things on the go at the same time. If it's any consolation, I wouldn't have sold it for less that the asking price anyway mate...thought it was a bargain as it is

Ok. If you are going to post an item on 2 different forums though, you should keep up with what is going on and deal with the people who post first on each one. I know it's too late now, but if I had got a reply from you saying that you wasn't selling for less then chances are I would have taken it. One of my sayings I live by is "If you don't ask, you don't get" so yeah.

I appreciate your advice on how I should have conducted my sale Bennyboy. However, as I always sell stuff well below rrp and dont adhere to any "first pm wins" myth, I prefer to sell to folk who I either know/have dealt with before/are in the early days of vaping/offer good deals to others. Therefore, similar to you, I tend to conduct most of my buying/selling on the fora I frequent the most. Also, in common with most folk on here, I also have a fairly busy life, so to be totally honest after having listed an item at a bargain price of £58, if I had opened any pm offering £50, rather than haggling, it would most definitely have been a simple "No thank you!" Either that, or copied your selling style and added a fiver on cos this is not my regular forum - making it £63 to you sir

maybe this discussion would be better conducted in private guys Couldn't agree more Gordy In my limited experience of consumer law the seller 'invites' the buyer to buy. it is just an invite and is up to the seller who he sells to

I've bought and sold on this forum and on UKV. Not once has a sale ben subject to 'haggling'. In my view if a member of this forum offers up an item for sale it's either at a price I'd be prepared to pay or it isn't in which case I will wait for one that is.

Coolio. I like haggling. If you (seller) don't then the haggling ends......or doesn't even start depending on how you look at it I've seen a couple of offers in a couple of threads before. Some have been taken up. You can always try it?
