1. I have quite a few atomisers that still work, but don't seem to produce much vapour anymore. Instead of throwing them away, it occurred to me that they would be useful on a higher voltage (I use a Tornado at 3.7V). Is there a low cost device available that will give a higher voltage?
2. Recently bought an LR 510 atomiser to try - but found as soon as I tried to use it with a Tornado cart. the cart started to melt (not pleasant !) I did align it as best I could, but looking inside the cart, the mesh (below the bridge) looks higher than a std 510 atomiser. I've had problems with carts melting before, but getting the alignment right seemed to prevent it. In this case its the outside of the flat edge which has melted. I think the tornado carts would be better if they didn't have the flat edge but I guess there must be a reason for it. Has anybody used 510 LR's with a Tornado?

(((Perpy))) Stan, it's blooming brilliant with the 5v/3A USB hub. Both soon more than pay for themselves as no batteries are needed.

I bought this combo for a vaping friend's Christmas pressie . . . they love it! Only problem is, I won't get their fading atties to use anymore, but no matter, spreading the word on how brilliant this set up is, is all that matters.

Well my GDPT has arrived at the speed of light ! - looks very good - but doesn't work on my mains USB plug adaptor (rated 0.5A so I guess thats not enough). An order for that USB hub will be on its way shortly...

Stan, if your hub is only 0.5A rather than a minimum of 2.0A, you are right. It really isn't enough. Hope your new hub arrives very quickly
