omg!!!!!!!!! just caught up with this and thank goodness I've not needed any spares etc this time around.

Has anyone yet had any explanation..............I thought that Imeo was a good guy but what I'm reading has just made my eyes pop!!

I hope to goodness everyone gets their money back................ keeping fingers crossed for you.

Funny thing is I sent a email to Cam a few months back enquiring about spares............. he never got back to me................ I wonder if the palaver was starting then in august?

There's loads of stuff on the pre-order list that I could be tempted to buy Brian, but I shan't . . . for all the reasons we've said and on principle.

There are theories yes Esme, nothing definitive . . . and nothing that anyone wants to put in black and white.

Personally I can't help thinking, that in Cam's shoes I'd far rather be going ahead with the pre-orders, then calling it a day.

It would have been considerably less hassle, angst and upset for him and everyone else involved in this sorry state of affairs.

Just got refunded this morning, the full £131.69 through paypal, not showing in the bank yet, does that take a day or so?

Check your paypal account. They have a habit of keeping it till you transfer it to your bank account.

It may take 24 hours to show up in your bank account. I've been keeping some funds in the paypal. Like bluemagnum, it gets spent on crap to be blunt otherwise lol. Not by me of course

That was my only issue, trust wasnt a problem, but the lack of comms was abysmal.

At least you can take some comfort in that he's actually paying folk back. if it helps any I ordered 28/8/12. order no: 1257

Completely miserable state of affairs this, from the beginning . . . I hope it won't be too long before you get refunded Todd and anyone else who is waiting.

Out of interest, I've just checked esmokeguru's website, they still don't have a CC payment option, so unless you're willing to pay IBT fees, that's the UK market excluded from buying any future GG products.

Paypal now operate a faster bank transfer service, within 2 hours . . . unless it's over X amount, which your transfer may well be Skoddy, so unfortunately you have to wait that bit longer for them to give your money to you.

It's for additional security reasons apparently . . . .
