Would love to see advice on what size to cut mesh, wire type and number of coils.

Ive paid for one of these but no email as yet ;( wanna get to see it as I believe they said it was a 6 ml capacity, really sounds good because it comes ready wicked and coiled with a spare, so be good to get a template for wick sizes etc.

Had my dispatched email from Callum yesterday, paws crossed it will be here when I get home from work today.

But I'm not banking on it, as Saturday deliveries are hit and miss around here.

Its arrived

First observations - the drip tip doesn't stay in! have just swapped the rubber O ring on the drip tip and now it stays in - Are they using the wrong size O rings Or is it just mine?

Looking at the coil - different screws used for bottom connection and top posts! do I need 2 screwdrivers to change a coil?

Airhole not inline with the wick. Take off top and push O ring up a bit. Screw top back on - seems OK now. Screwed down too tight before?

Build quality - Seem good - threads making a slight noise when screwing - need slight lubrication.
Plinth fits ego battery. fires up

Time to fill her up and try it on the mini provari - wheres the OH when I need her!

Mine here also, only just filled it up.

I didn't get the spare wick tubes, apart from that it all seems here.

I also have problems with any 501 drip tip apart from the chrome one supplied fitting, they are all too loose.

Threads are a bit rough, but not too bad.

Still working on the rest.

Got mine as well today, other than opening the envelope and seeing what's inside, I've not yet had a chance to play with it . . . delighted to see it comes set up with a pre-oxidized mesh wick though.

It looks like the spare coils are res and non res wires, very much like the Penelope/Ody ready wires . . . does anyone else think this?

There was just one white wick tube Womble, it works on a similar principle to a piece of Rizla paper on a mesh wick I'd think . . . then 2 of the ready wires. Did you get those?

Yes I got the 2 wires.

A bit unsure about mine, it had a metallic taste to start with, which went away and it had good flavour, but it seemed to drop off extremely quickly and I've been vaping it all afternoon hoping it will get better, but it hasn't yet.

I might have to try rewicking it already

Maybe if you just took that silica sleeve off Womble and re-coiled the mesh directly?

I'm wondering perps if it might be because mine only has 3 turns on the coil, I might try it with 4 and see if it makes it better.
I have just spaced out the coil turns more equally and it seems to be a bit better.
