I'd just like to say that I've now heard from Callum and he's sorting me out my free stuff for the maximus.

If you bought an early one and need the other stuff, I would email him first before ordering something else and asking for the free tubes to be put in with it.

Am I on the right wavelength here? We get free tubes? after Ive bought the silica ones, or do we get a free replacement tube (tank)?

How is everybody else getting on with these? I must say that now I have put a bit of juice through mine I'm really impressed - it started off quite good and has just got better

While I had the initial set up, I loved it, when I tried to re coil, I discovered the centre post, which I don't love at all.
So atm, it's laid up while I discuss with my friend, the best way of getting the centre post turned into a screw terminal. That should make it into a great bit of kit IMO.

anyone else having an issue with coils only reading as 0.2 ohms? i've recoiled it a bunch of times and initially it reads 1.6-1.8 ohms but then drops after a few puffs and causes my mod to stop firing could it be faulty???

I am getting on well with mine had it almost 2 weeks and still on the original set up,
I think thet are great and as good as the DID, what do others think of them???

faulty center pin on mine. vendor not responding to my message about any warranty:(

Just re-coiled the above I dropped her in a sink full of water and the coil got damaged!!!!
I left the sock off and did 3 coils of 0.16 nickol chrome wire and burnt the wire with a lighter,
I was unable to get the wire through the little hole so I held the spring down and wrapped the wire 3 times round the centre post then let the spring go trapping the wire,
She is vaping great with as much vaper as when i first brought her at 1.7 homes,
Ithink this is a great little mod and if someone could come up with a brass centre post you would have a mod as good as the DID in my oppinion and a great way for the newbs getting into coiling

Hi All,
I got the spare tank its a nightmare to take the original tank off and even worse getting the spare one on
i used some vg to lubricate the inside of the tank took me a good few tries to get on, and after all that i noticed
the next day the tank had fractures on it took up to A&E see if they could may be mend it got no where,
has any one else had this problem with tanks i mean, or is their any where else to source tanks for these.

Think everyone will suffer from stress marks on the tank as believe it pressed rather than a o ring design,must admit its a great atty which could have been even better with abit more thought by the designer.
