I think I read that they come supplied at 2.4ohms Womble, which that extra turn would probably give you . . . and help the flavour with having a slightly longer length of wire.

Yep that's what I was thinking. Might have a go tomorrow, can't be bothered tonight.

I did reprime the wick by sticking some more liquid down it and it seems to be a bit better now, the silica bit is staying wetter and I got rid of that chrome drip tip, which I think helped alot.... I didn't think I'd like metal drip tips and it seems I was right.

Well ive been using this for 4 hours at 4.5 volts now and its not faltered, 1.8 ohms all the way, ive just emptied a tank, it drinks like a fish but thats the price you pay for thick clouds of vapour, i almost dont want to say this but currently its performing better than the DID. Whether thats down to the coli and wire setup i dont know, but i cant wait to take it apart for a new wick just to see how they have done the coil.

Ours has 3 turns on the coil and also reads 1.9ohms
Leaving it "as it came" for a few days to see if it gets any better. But it is doing well and happy given the price of it.

Did everyone get an instruction manual? We didn't get one of those. Can it be downloaded?

As others have said the our tube has a few faint stress cracks at the bottom, but wouldn't have noticed if others hadn't said anything. (should have gone to specsavers? Well i did and the glasses I've got are as good as I get now! :-[)
