Hi I'm new to forum, I've been vaping fag free for over six months now but still learning!
I have ordered from many different sites and have had no problems until I ordered from MistEliquid.
I ordered on the 18th of September , I had an email 5 days later saying order confirmed, 5 days later I emailed asking where ordered was? Only to be told sorry we have moved and that was reason for delay and my order would be sent next day, and was given code for 15% off next order ( like I'm going to use them again ). It's now a month since order and still waiting, no replays to emails and no number to call! I didn't pay by Paypal, I paid by credit card. It's only £25 but still annoying. I am posting this so other people are aware of the bad service and in the hope someone might know more about this company?

Oh dear Phil, I am not sure of the current status of Misteliquid, I thought they shut some time ago.....but seem to recall they may have opened again? I'd launch a complaint with your CC company, I think you're covered on the distance selling laws, so you should get your money back.

There is a post on facebook saying they have moved to Brighton, sorry for any bad service you may have received they are back up and running and things should be running smoother !!!

Wow that's quick! Thanks for the replies, yeah thought that might be the case, but to offer a discount on next order and web site still active ? Think that's just wrong! Thought might be good to post it on here so others aren't conned. They said they have moved to Brighton ? I'll try my cc company to see if I can get refund.

It's really bad that their website is still up I removed them from our lists of suppliers when other members were having problems getting their items from their "closing down" sale. I hope you can get a refund from your credit card company. I am personally very sorry to all those that received bad service from us in certain months of last year. Due to personal circumstances I had to abandon the business as I had priorities elsewhere. If you want the reasons I would prefer to explain over a PM because as i said, it's personal stuff. Almost all people have been sorted out already, but if you feel that you haven't, just contact me as i am now back with full commitments to the business.
I have been vaping, and a member of e cigarette forums since 2008, and the reason is started selling these products is because I was and still am wholeheartedly a massive fan and supporter. The last thing i want do is con people out of there money that is totally not what i stand for. If anyone has an outstanding balance with me I will refund there money plus compensation for any delays. I know personal circumstances isn't a strong enough to excuse myself, but all i can say is i am deeply sorry for what happened, i am not a bad man, and was just going through some very ropey times.
I hope there is some of you our there that remember me, and the service i offered before all of this happened, as i took great pride in my business and still do! I will work my best to redeem this status
As stated, please just PM and i will fix any issues you have asap. I will go ahead and check those links and fix any problems until they are ALL resolved giving extra compensation.

Whilst I'm sure we have every sympathy for your personal circumstances, that led to the unhappy state of affairs for a number of Member's on this forum Fred, I'd think people would like some time to see that history won't be repeating itself, before they entrust you with anymore of their business. It's tough . . . but there are so many Vendor's now, offering exemplary service, that you really have to prove yourself all over again.

I would like to say that it was a shame I had to post my problem on here in the first place? But Fred did contact me and I recieved my order a few days after ! The real shame being that what I ordered was great quality and I would of been making regular orders.
I will order again and hope that its a better service than the first, I feel that he did sort out my problem and should be given a second chance.

Personal problems fair enough, but you should have shut shop instead of holding a closing down sale if you had no intention/ability to keep up with orders. This may be coming across as harsh, i dont know the personal circumstances but who`s to say this wont happen again?
