Another Question (Juice This Time!)

I got an order today from Paradise Vape, fast delivery as usual.

Got a few different flavours, one of which was Peachy Menthol.

I looked at the bottle to see what looked like a piece of opaque Ice or plastic floating inside on the top of the liquid.

I emailed Paradise Vape but havent got a reply yet.

It covers the width of the bottle and is solid so it couldnt have got in there during filling. It must have formed afterwards.

I obviously havent vaped any of it yet. My theory is the bottle could have froze over night and it has affected the liquid in some way.

Anybody know what this thing is?

Yep, it's just the Menthol re-crystalising just run the sealed bottle under some warm water and give it a shake and it will dissolve. It's harmless, as you say it must have got cold.

I'm not surprised it got cold. James is in Scotland and it's been blummin perishing here the last few days

Jackop, it does sound like the menthol has re-crystalised as Des says.

Some flavourings will also crystallize when they get cold, Doppio is one . . . along with some of the sweeter flavours and I think I've a bottle of Pineapple concentrate that's done the same, perfectly normal and completely harmless as Des says.

A few seconds in the microwave, or sat in a cup of warm water will dissolve any crystals that have formed pretty swiftly.

Sorry for the bump guys but I forgot to reply to say thanks to all!

It was delivered to my office so I left it behind my computer power fan outlet for 30 mins and all the crystal dissapeared as suggested.

James got back to me the next day saying the same thing. So all is well.
