Can someone help a 64yr old new woman to vaping

Give me a ring tomorrow and we'll go through it step by step.

There should have been a sheet of basic instructions with it, but the main points are filling the clearomiser:

1. Unscrew the black mouthpiece and remove
2. Hold the clearomiser at a 45 Degree angle, offer the e-liquid bottle up and trickle the e-liquid down the inside of the tank wall (avoiding the centre tube) - think of it like pouring a bottle of beer.
3. Replace the mouthpiece (screw back on)
4. Attach the clearomiser to the battery
5. Turn the battery on (3 clicks)
6. Keep the button pressed whilst inhaling

Cartomisers are slightly more faffing so better to start with the clearomiser

thankyou for your offer of the instructions, ive moved on now from the Riva kit to a Ego twist , wanted something with abit more oomph and it gives me more taste to my liquids .

I'm over in Leeds so if your really stuck and can't manage I could meet you somewhere to show you. Don't be scared of breaking things just stick a fork prong in the top of one of the cartomisers (the tubes) and pop it off. You can either drip liquid down the side of the tube avoiding the centre air tube or use the condom method and just top up as needed from the top. The clearomiser is easier to fill by unscrewing the mouth piece and dripping juice down the side till its at the fil line.

Jason did send me a sheet of instructions but I did exactly what DiscoDes said not to do I PANICKED. ???

To Johnboy, good to know there's someone near my age who vapes. Also in Jan I had only 56% of my lungs working & from I've started vaping I now have 76% and I feel so much healthier. Once again a big big "Thank You" to all of you for your help.

Deirdre, have a look at the first video to begin & you will see how easy it is to fill your Vision ego clearomiser Then screw it onto the battery (not too tightly) make sure you have screwed in the mouth piece. Then turn on your battery by clicking it 3 times & hold the button down as you take a drag

Oh & BTW, there are quite a few folks on the forum about your age or even older

Hi Again,

Just to let all of you who mailed me know that I filled the Clearomiser after watching the video & I'm typing this through a lovely haze of Grizwalds joocy fruit e liquid. Can't believe I was such a scaredy cat.. :-[ It's strange but I don't like the tobacco flavours I much prefer the sweet ones, now I've just got to remember to press that darned button. Am going to leave the Cartomisers for now.

I have been drinking more water as I saw suggested by Chrissie as I seem to be getting a bit of a sore throat, probably take some getting used to after using the SkyCig for a month. By the way Chrissie I love your vaping cat picture. I have 8 Cats & 2 Staffies & their so pleased their Mom's not blowing that horrible smelly smoke round them any more.

Good for you. i have 2 springer spaniels with fantastic nose's, i drive them mad now because they cant understand where all these nice vaping smells are coming from.
