Can someone help a 64yr old new woman to vaping

I've got 9 cats, 8 Maine Coons & a dear old Moggie. My avatar is a pic of Kiki. For some unknown reason she is really shy with other people so no one else gets to see her & that's the reason I chose her pic for my avatar

Jason is fab ...in fact I phoned him yesterday about a new piece of kit I couldn't get to work even though I didn't buy it off him he got me sorted . So I placed another order for more vaping kit last night with him now I've found out what I like

from yet another 64 year old.. This forum helped me so much I will be forever grateful to the lovely people on here. I also started on a sky cig and then progressed to the Riva, such a difference. Walked up a steep hill last week with my 11 year old Grandson( who gallops doesn't walk) I swear I got up it twice as quickly as I used to when I was on the nasties. So keep at it and fingers x that your lungs will improve even more, as all of our lungs will

Hi mollymoo.

I have the same kit as you, from the same place and use both the clear "tank" and the cartridges. Sadly, my clear tank didn't last so long so I've bought a different one.

I use the cartridges too (so I can have lots of flavours) and find the best method to fill them with juice is to 1/3 fill up one of the caps that come on them (condoms!) and dunk the screw end in until the juice appears at the top.

It's easy to over fill them, so better to start with not too much and then squeeeze drops in the top end (by pulling out the white stopper)
