Its not like you've got anything else to do what with just the odd co op to organise Will the airhole on mine work in that position Macca, it just about makes it past that grounding post , so is inline ,but is obviously not in line with where you indicated you wanted them in your picture

It would be better if you sand it down a little and get it lined up with the big wick hole..
Does not take much to line it up from that position..About 0.3mm will do..

Does that mean it needs to be right next to the wick hole as opposed to inline with it and on the other side of the atty, if you know what i mean

It needs to be in a position that when air comes into the cap as you draw, it hits the wick..
In your case roughly 90 degrees further on clockwise..

I used a file and then finished it with 400 grade sandpaper and some elbow grease..But mine was way out..
I would just use some wet and dry sandpaper and rub it down and wash and keep checking it..

Hey all Havent been using mine exclusively as my main stay is still my Garry Dibbly tin mod, boge tank and some flavour in a menthol ,but over the last couple of weeks I have played with this genesis style atty and enjoyed having one filled with Health E Vapes peach and the other with butterscotch, tonight I cleaned out the butterscotch as it was turning dark from caramelizing, left the ss wick and coil in place and basically cleaned under the tap rinsing the tank out a couple of times and knocking a bit of the build up from the coil,it all looks good for the rest of my stock of butterscotch,so all dryed and then the coil checked in case this had given me any hotspots (it had) corrected then refilled and its vaping like a train. What am I saying really how are you all getting on with yours and how often would you all change your coils and wicks. Alan Edit....Oh and on the re test of my coil (4 wraps of Kanthal 0.2) measuring at 2.1 ohms and a nice warm vape

Sorted, took 10 minutes with some wet and dry 120 gauge, easier than i thought, lines up perfectly , Thanks again Macca

Love Merlin myself , i look forward to your guide Macca Been messing with my Spheroid tonight as well , think i'm getting the hang of it at last, wound a 2 ohm coil and changed flavours from my fave Jack the Ripple to some Storm, put a little less filler in and its working a treat, Jack just didn't taste right in it. in fact i like it best it in a Boge cartomiser , cant help thinking i'm doing something wrong, i'll try it in the Aga tomorrow

Got another little job in the pipeline for the Aga-T, but have to wait until we get our Zmax's from the co-op. Going to sacrifice the bottom of one of mine to make a skirt for when on the Zmax.

You should be able to pick up/cut a small collar from an ally tube of the right size quite easily on the cheap.
I'll post it here if I come across anything that'll fit..

yeah probably and it'd be nice to find something and save the life of an atomiser. I just like the idea of turning the base around, drilled out and soldered to make a nice skirt and it'd surely match perfectly.
