If the e-cig is making you dizzy I'd say the nic content is too high, try a lower nicotine content and you may get on better with that.

Based on how many hollie smoked. I don't believe the Nicotine is too high, personally. I smoked the same and I chain vape 18mg. It really might just have been dehydration. Booze is terrible for it. Always drink plenty of water after a session. Unless it's some sort of allergic reaction, but I know little about the symptoms.

I agree with Ewol, it sounds more like dehydration rather than too high a nic strength.

Hi Hollie, welcome to the forum, and well done for sticking with the vaping, it will be great once you get your kit sorted out, I have been vaping for 3 weeks and am really loving it, I personally use an ego c kit with a clearomiser and I find it really good, the batteries last for about a day each for me (this depends how much you smoke but I used to smoke 20/30 fags a day) and the clearomisers are really easy to fill and hold plenty of e-juice.......this kit come with the batteries and the clearomisers and I think is a pretty good price and comes with a free e-juice www.exhalecigarette.co.uk/product-p/ece5sk.htm - starter kit ego I would also buy a mains plug if you did get the above kit they sell them for 2.40 on the same site www.exhalecigarette.co.uk/product-p/muca.htmand for me I try to go outside or smoke in the kitchen and treat vaping a bit like smoking, otherwise I would easily vape all day every day, so I still go for vape breaks, I can't really say whether it's right to vape around kids or not, I don't have children so I wouldn't like to say! As far as I know there is no evidence that there is any problem with passive vaping but I could be totally wrong and I am sure someone from this forum will give you a better answer than me on that one good luck and I look forward to hearing how you get on

Hollie, Of course drink water if you can but I only drink tea & diet coke. I did buy some ribena in case but it's still in the fridge. I just find myself chain drinking tea In the evenings I just drink diet coke.

I just can't do it! but I drink lots of tea and I swap to decaff tea in the afternoon and I have been fine with vaping, I am sure water is much much better but if you can't drink it then lots of tea is still liquid and will hydrate you.

I drink a lot of tea, it does seem to do the job. I mean it is mostly water so it should, right? After about 8PM all I drink is water though. Anything else like Orange Juice or whatever and I get terrible heartburn.

It should. Did you remove the little white rubber bit from the carto?

Hi Hollie . . . have you removed the white ' bung ' end from the cartomiser? Try that if you haven't and then see if it will fit. Crossed posts with Ewol.
