Hi everyone,
A huge big thank you to everyone who has posted on AAEC!!!! With out your advice in the posts i would have wasted so much time and money trying to find info on e-cigarettes.
I have been clean now for 5 weeks and the last 2 weeks i have been clean of patches and those disgusting nicotine chewing gum. A dry burn (is that the right lingo?) is better than that gum.
BUT i am now addicted to you lot and any info on tanks, mods, juice, videos and anything to do with Vaping. This has become my nightly ritual now before bed, go on the net quickly and find out a bit more information on vaping and what to get and where.
Sorry I'm going on now. Must stop and sleep, its 1.20am again.

PS i would like to share how i came across vaping, can i do that on this thread?

Welcome, mate.

I can't sleep either. I woke up late today and when it gets to this time at night I find it easier to just stay up and sleep at a reasonable time the next day. I recommend not going on the computer at all after a certain time. It really can mess your sleep pattern up.
