I have one AW 18350 and two from Mojo republic at the moment its hard to tell much difference between two batteries that cost less than the one,but as I say I am not using my LTs exclusively so cant draw a proper comparison

I've just done a full day of vaping with my LT mini and have gone through 4 900mah batteries. 1 only lasted 2 1/2 hours when used at 4.5v with a 2.8ohm atty. When I had my 1000mah twist, I got an easy 10 hours out of it! Why does the LT eat batteries? Can I get bigger than 900mah for the mini? What is the very best battery make and will they make a difference? Kind Regards, Chiller. You are not alone Chiller,my mini LT that I purchased a short while ago from VH is exactly the same,I have the charger going none stop to keep it going.Would never buy another. If you compare it with a 1100 Riva where I was getting a full days vaping out of a single battery its no contest.I have recently bought the mini LT and the mini Twist, and in my opinion they are both a load of crap. The Twist packed up after a month, and the LT started playing up after a very short time and had to renew the grommet around the centre pin.The only mod that has lasted is the Argento, that is still going strong.

That's food for thought Kernowman. Will have to be careful what I buy. Long battery life is very important to me.Maybe just stick with my egos and riva for now.

I dont see the comparison, your going to be putting out more voltage on an LT,you cant expect it to last like a non VV 1100 Riva,a mini LT is usually carrying a battery of 900 mah that will keep giving you your setting lets say 3.7,the Riva will be dropping as it discharges, you cant expect a mini LT pumping out better voltage to outlast a Riva, but it will be better right till the battery dies,if you use one mod and one mod only then I dont know what you expect,I have a Tin mod with two 18650 batteries in,it lasts all week and I use my mini and full |LTs at the same time, today I haven't charged a single battery

If you want long battery life, go for big batteries, like 18650's, even the poor 18650's last a day or more, the better ones last longer.

I don't understand the appeal of the mini's tbh, not like they are much more discreet, they're still pretty big. If you're gonna get one, may as well buy the big one and have the full benefit of big capacity 18650 batteries. Maybe that's just me lol.

Cheers for that Al. I've noted that down. Make sure I get something with that size battery. Learning useful stuff everyday round here. What is a tin mod?

Tin mods look cool, they're made out of tobacco tins, you can get single or twin batteries, variable voltage or none variable... have a look in the mod shop section of the forums, Gary Dibley and others regularly sell them through this forum and others.

Have both Giles, nothing to complain about with either, horses for courses, here's the thing, don't buy one mod and expect it to be the be all and end all,my mini LT has its place,so does my tin mod,in time I will probably own a whole bunch more,I gave up a frickin expensive horrible habit,so I am not going to worry if I spend a bit here,if you do go try NRT,but it doesn't work

Just my opinion though, I can be a bit narrow minded sometimes, maybe I've missed something Which do you prefer out of the lavatube and tin mods btw?
