I've just done a full day of vaping with my LT mini and have gone through 4 900mah batteries. 1 only lasted 2 1/2 hours when used at 4.5v with a 2.8ohm atty. When I had my 1000mah twist, I got an easy 10 hours out of it! Why does the LT eat batteries? Can I get bigger than 900mah for the mini? What is the very best battery make and will they make a difference?
Kind Regards, Chiller.

I don't have a mini LT chiller, but it sounds to me like there's something wrong with yours.

It's a week old. Now a day for me is from 3.15am until about 11pm due to work. The batteries are the standard ones which come with the tw kit (tw branded) when I say die, it starts to get poor / cooler vape and starts screen flashing every now and then. The reading from the battery is between 3.5 and 3.1 when I notice the change.

That sounds about right from a 18350 battery Chiller, were I to exclusively use my LT Mini or Mini Provari . . . I'd probably go through 6 - 8 battery changes in a day, using them at around 4.2volts, maybe a bit lower on occasions.
You're asking alot of a reasonably small battery, if you're expecting it to last longer . . . the AW's are my batteries of choice, but I still get 2ish hours from them as well.

It still doesn't explain why a joyetech ego-c twist 1000mah never run out all day lol it looks like I will be getting the LT extender bit.

i find when i get a new toy be it tank or mod the batteries get used up quick but once the novelty wears off and you settle into a normal vaping pattern they last again but thats just me

I get at least a day out of my ultrafire batteries on the LTv4... Am I right in thinking these batteries were second hand Chiller?
P.s the relevance of the "ultrafire" part is this brand is known for being one of the worst you can get!!!

I'm using an ultrafire charger perhaps my batteries are re-branded ultrafires too? I know it's only a week old, the guy at the shop showed me the original receipt to prove it lol

I get 4 - 5 hours fairly heavy vaping out of my LT V4 mini with AW IMR 700mAH batteries running at about 3.7 - 3.9v with a 2.4 ohm Ego Vision on the top.

Wasnt it Ultrafire that re-branded laptop batteries, cant say I have ever used my LTs exclusively as I use my tin mod so much, but would expect two 18350s to get me through a day, classing myself as a moderate vaper

I think the thing here is, that the smaller batteries are only low Mah to start with, yes ultrafire might not be great, and the rated 3000mah is way of the actual mark, but chances are, they are still much higher true mah than those smaller batteries. EDIT: to say, just realised this looks like I'm promoting those cheap crappy ultrafire batteries, I am not, in any way, recommending them, they are cheap crud, and worse, could apparently be dangerous Just pointing out the usage I get out of them!
