Very true Roger, but if my own are only going to last 4 months or so before starting to play up, then perhaps now is the time to start looking at what "floats other members boats" (an apt term under your circumstances" ) so it is interesting to see what is available in round about the same dimensions to what I have already. You liked what I did there? What I meant was, you will get everyone telling you "you need this" "you need that" You know what FYB at the moment, so something similar with better life that suits your purpose was what I meant to try and say ??? ???

Get a VV one, you don't have to alter the voltage. I have a Twist, but it rarely gets a twist, quite happy with it on the setting it is on, it gets a tweak every now and then and that's it

One thing I have found out today is that I cannot vape for any length of time, on a setting higher than 3.3v. I do play around with voltage up to about 4.5v with my VV Twist when I am testing mixes, but I have not, up until now, tried that voltage for any longer than a few minutes. Today I tried the higher setting of the Ego-C, 4.19v I think, and all it did was give me a sore throat and use up my juice faster. Thanks for the tip about the pass-through, but it took me long enough to get used to taking off my seatbelt before I tried to get out of the car, without having to now learn undo me usb cable as well. Thanks for all the comments. You have given me lots to consider and I will now look more closely at what is available that is closer to the system I have at the moment.
