Hello everyone! Complete newcomer to vaping, here. I'm hoping this will be the start of a beautiful friendship

So, my starter kit from VapeEscape arrived this morning, and I'm converted already. I was a 20+ a day Golden Virginia smoker and have been for 35 years, but I'm pretty sure (even at this early stage) that e-cigs will get me off it. I'm an unmedicated ADHDer and use tobacco as a way of self-medicating (nicotine gets rid of the worst aspects of my ADHD), so having a way of getting nicotine without the cough, stench and health problems is a life-saver.

I just got a basic 510 kit, plus a 510 atomiser and drip tip for dripping, and I think I'm about to order a Twist and mini Nova - I'm loving it that much. I bought a Hangseng 'Virginia' just to be going on with and have filled a carto with it - not bad, but a little sweet and oddly too strong. Given how much I smoke, and with no filters, I thought I'd need a high nic content. However, I'm finding the 24mg a little too strong. I also got a Pick'n'Mix of Grizwald's at 20mg, and I'm finding those better. I may well try a lower nic content. I've left the Grizwald juices to steep, although I've had some fun dripping them. And I've filled a carto with Arctic Cherry and I'm puffing happily away on that, because it was just too nice not to and I'm on the tail-end of a cold

Blah blah blah. Can you tell I'm loving this?

Well, we certainly love vaping here too! It sounds like you are well on your way a Twist and a Mini Nova are a great combination and will be much better than your basic 510 kit.
All I will say is make sure you have at least 2 batteries a couple of spare atomisers/coils or clearomisers and a weeks supply of liquid, if you have any questions please ask!

if you do go for the Twist, you will need another charger as the one you got with your mini 510, will take ages to charge a Twist.

I too did the GV rollies (or Amber leaf) and have left it all behind for vaping.

I used 20 or 24mg for the first few weeks. Now I'm merrily puffing away on 10 or 12mg, apart from the odd gourmet moment with Griz in the attic!

I have a basic 510 kit (the "mega" one) from VE sat at the post office ready for collection. Can you believe it....the royal mail arrived and left a note whilst I was down the garden vaping and playing football with the dog. lwc ddrwg > He's from Ebbw Vale
