What inspired Imeo in the first instance with the GGTS design I wonder, coming to vaping later on, I missed the history behind the design inspiration.  |

Beautiful vases 'n things, Chrissie  That reminds me of my vases... Well, when I lived in West Hampstead I used to help my landlady run antiques fairs in big London hotels. There was a pair of vases on one of the stalls that I adored, and the third week they hadn't sold I bought them for £22 - quite a lot to me in 1975. In the early eighties I fell on them in a drunken stupor and smashed them to smithereens - honestly, smithereens! My No1Ex (who was the reason for me getting so drunk, I tell myself, cos he was such a torment) spent hours sticking them back together - the patience of him  Why he couldn't have put it to better use instead of being such a rascal I'll never know. Hmmm, well he's since bought a rundown bungalow in Co Mayo and made it into a nice home... Oops I don't know where the vases are now  scylla x |

I think he'd be flattered to discover he was in a way, your inspiration. He's very direct in his views, opinions and will always give an honest answer - even if it's not what people want to hear, so you have to respect him for that. |
