Q: Why did you squeeze a bottle of e-juice in your eye?

A: - Okay and serious, the juice didn't come out, so I just assumed that if I squirted it in my eye it would be better of course It's a new bottle, brand new, 30ml, and I think it's one of these new ones with the integral transportation forcefield, normally it shuts off when you unscrew the cap, but I think the inertial dampner cut off system failed so the juice wouldn't release That's my theory anyway

I don't why, I squirted juice in my eye, perhaps I'll die ok, I know I've had me boys over this afternoon, but why I'm full of nursery ryhmes I'll never know

Normally I have my glasses on, but didn't, squirted, no juice, took a closer look, squirted, no juice, so of course I squirted even harder - juice in eye, instant hit, I mean, batteries, clearomizers, atomizers, who needs 'em? Just squirt straight in your eye, instant nicotine hit, no throat hit, but you get a real sting off it.............

Not fussed about my eye, I've got another one of those the other side, was more concerned I lost about 1ml or even more of precious brand new juice, brand new!!!!! - such a waste, well it gave me an excuse to post something anyway.

Serious again............Eye is fine, ummmm, don't squirt e-juice in them though

hope everyone else had a fun afternoon, I did, afterwards anyway, my two lads came over and we had fun, e-juice and vaping free to add

Ohhhh ouch, I once did that with oven cleaner, it didn't come out so I held up so I could see the hole and sprayed it in my eyes, had lovely yellow dye put in my eyes at hospital to check for chemical burns

I poured shampoo right into my eye once by mistake and oh blimey that hurt......never did it a second time

Lilac dd the same thing once. Used e juice instead of her contact lens stuff and spent a couple of hours having her eye irrigated with saline in ER.

My hubby dropped a contact lense into the sink, picked it up and put it right into his eye. I'd just put some bleach down the plug hole

When I was a carpet fitter, I threw my blade back into the bag which pieced a full can of spray glue which went in my eyes! At 1st it was freezing cold and fizzing but, as the fizzing slowed to a stop, my eyeballs were burning and glued shut!

Lucky, I was at the warehouse when it happened where we had a first aider and lots of eye wash.

Uncanny, I done this last night. Not the same circumstances but the same result. Snapped the lid back on the cobra and a bead of juice right in my eye. Painful. Yes. But, ever had tobacco in your eye? now THAT, is pain.

I remember when contact lenses were disinfected in a diluted hydrogen peroxide. If you forgot to neutralize the cleaner and put them in your eye, it hurt like hell.

Users would typically dance around cursing, as their eye would instinctively close up.

Hence the expression "doing the 5% hydrogen peroxide dance".

I got a massive squirt of petrol right in the eye once, painful wasn't the word. I reckon my glasses have saved my eyes more than once.

Done this a couple of months back while blowing a carto through on to kitchen towel. It stings like hell but only lasts about 10 secs.

We live and learn.

I've done that before too. I honestly thought I'd lost my sight permanently in my left eye. It made my eyeball swell, go rock hard and completely dry out. I looked like Igor in Young Frankenstein. Amusingly (though not at the time), I also cracked my head off the wall whilst staggering away, temporarily blind and in shock.

My tip of the day for AAEC is...don't lie under your car with your face an inch away from the fuel pump as you unscrew it.
