MM,
It looks a lttle like a very thin yellow duckling, laying on his back and giggling at you.
Well, maybe more like a very frightened egg!! At least it has crispy edges, which in my opinion are essential for a 'good egg'..

Oiy!! Lyn - you got in the way!!! I haven't got the hang of putting pics on here so have to go back and forward all the time!! As you can see by the first pic - I certainly haven't got the hang of the temperature of the Induction thingie!! Just reread your post, you will really put me off saying it 'looks like a little duckling' - may never eat another!! MM Thank goodness they are not Duck eggs!

JERRY - what is a Quahog? Do you eat them or feed 'em to the fishes? PERPY - MM MM, quahog is a Narragansett Indian name for a small or "little neck" clam. We call them quahogs here in Rhode Island. We eat them in chowder or as we call it "chowdah", boiled and then dipped in butter or margarine, "stuffies", which are minced quahogs that are cooked in a batter and then put back in the shell, fried and some people even drink the juice, but I don't like the taste of it.

One more that I forgot, MM and that's clam cakes. The minced clams are mixed into a dough, which is rolled into a ball and deep fried in oil. I don't know how I forgot that, since they are my favorite.
