This is the longest time I've been smoke free since 1968 but I would not have done it without this forum particularly last week when all my devices were conspiring against me, thank you all for your support, now looking forward to my first smoke free Christmas in a very long time. Dave

Well done can't wait to get to my six month milestone and if things keep going the way they are I'm sure I will but have to say its a lot to do with this forum. The people on here are all in the same boat and understand what you are going through. Its a great place just wish I had discovered it earlier.
