Not sure about the regular TW atomisers Beepsie, as I really only use EM's and don't bother testing them either . . . but that's the deal with the regular tank atty's a month from purchase, if they go kaput, TW will replace them . . . although I suppose if you were a bit canny that could be open to abuse.

Sorry, didn't realize what LR meant, (still don't really!)
We had a meeting at work and there are now 4 e-cig users on site, and we are still made to use the smoking shelter. The HR lady, who smokes, is disgusted that people who are trying to quit have to inhale others smoke. She is great!
I didn't tell her that I am not trying to quit though. I am finding that people will not understand those of us who have quit tobacco, but have no intention of quitting vaping. Everyone thinks we are to be pitied. Pity me at your peril
There was a great deal of discussion about it, especially about the lorry drivers, who are not allowed to smoke in their cabs, it certainly seems to be a huge grey area. Nobody seems to know the law!

Another question that Graham has just asked me is "Are we non-smokers for insurance purposes?" Does anyone know the answer? It seems to be a legal minefield ???

I'm deffo a non smoker Kat . . . it's the ignorance sounding ecigs that's so frustrating in all this. . . but huge congratulations to you for showing 4 other non-smokers the delights of vaping.

LR stands for Low Resistance, I'm hopeless at explaining the technicalities of something, but basically they emulate higher voltage vaping, so you get more oomph. Although I'm sure someone will explain that better than me.

Not me, Perpy I'd just add for Kat that you mustn't (shouldn't) use LR atties with batteries with higher voltage than 3.7 because they will die PDQ and waste your money, if for no other reason.

After a month or so of use, mine last 2-3 hours.

But you can buy spare batteries . . .

Don't worry Kat, we're all still learning with the developments happening in the ecig world at the mo . . . see my confession on another thread.

I do find my Tornado batteries start to peak off after about a month - but it's wise to have spares of them and atomisers in stock . . . well that's my excuse anyways.

You can thin down a too thick mixture with a few drops of distilled water or vodka, but it sounds like you're quickly getting the hang of mixing.

Will try the water..safer! Anyway I don't have vodka. I have some wicked sloe gin I made 2 years ago, that makes everyone laugh. Not because its funny, I didn't put enough sugar in and it sucks your cheeks in and contorts your face. If I vaped that I would be running around for weeks!

I love my tank, but don't get the flavour or hit from it that my 510 gives.
Is there a win win situation, that involves a 510 atomizer with a huge, long lasting battery?
I don't care if it the size of a suitcase, and as ugly as sin. This would be my ideal
I have seen the modders forum, but don't understand what a box is, or a screwdriver, and just need someone to explain in REALLY simple terms if there is such a beast ???
Yes the tank is easy to use and very convenient whilst on the move, but I feel the quality is lost somehow
