Hi Val

I too started on the vaping adventure about a month ago with lots of help from the gentle people here.

I smoked 20/day x 20 yrs and I still smoke 4-5 analogs/day. They taste like shite but somehow I haven't given them up completely. Surprisingly, it goes up to 9-10/day on weekends ???

As someone said earlier - count how many analogs you haven't smoked, not how many you have.

Thank you very much for all your kind words and encouragement, you really are a lovely friendly lot.
And you know what you are right, I am really enjoying vaping but will stop stressing over smoking a few cigs and take it as it comes.
Netty I am so sorry to hear your news, hugs from me as well. This is my second attempt at vaping, as when I first received my e cig I lost a very old friend so of course it was straight for my old crutch the cigarette.
