Mmmm.... Corned beef, cheese and tomato on toast with crushed black pepper, it's not as simple as it sounds.
If you get it right (only toast one side of the bread) you get crisp yet soft toast, cold sliced corned beef with melted cheese on top and grilled slices of tomato.
