You may also find that the little AAEC banner that a lot of members have at the bottom of their posts is a big morale booster.
Just click any one and follow the link to get yours. Hope it helps.

It really is nothing to worry about. I have learnt that vaping is not a total smoking cessation treatment, yes it would be nice to just start vaping and never have another cigarette again and some people can do that but others (like me) can't. I still have the occasional cigarette.
I used to feel really bad about it but I don't now, it's very true what people say on here and that is "It's not how many you have smoked but the amount you haven't smoked that counts". That's especially true if you were a heavy smoker before you started vaping. Try and think of vaping as a supplement to smoking rather than an absolute replacement initially, take the pressure of yourself and start to enjoy vaping for what it is in between having the occasional cigarette, this method worked for me, I was smoking on average 60 a day before vaping, I then stopped smoking completely which obviously didn't suit me so I then rationed myself to a maximum of 3 a day and this was so much better, I now only smoke maybe 1 or 2 a week now and that's because I just fancy one. Do I feel guilty? Nope! It settles me down and don't think of smoking for days after and I can then carry on enjoying my vaping.
Hope that helps.

Ahh Thank you all, you speak sense! I did have another cig yesterday but none today. So that makes 2 in 17 days compared to 15 a day I was getting through. Plus i possibly could have picked a better time to start trying to quit as i had a really important exam today. Now over and if i have passed fingers crossed i shall never have to read and repeat such utter pointless rubbish again And according to my phone app i have saved over 70 quid now ( OK i have probably spend that on vaping stuff but that does not count right?? ) I might have save up for another couple of weeks and treat myself to shiny new supplies yay! Also have a 24mg liquid winging its way to me so that might do the job nicely too. Its so flipping cold today i am enjoying sitting in my nice warm house with my riva rather than freezing stood outside smoking anyway
