Kibbster,i now use virtually only Vivi Novas,Last week i tried a Clearo to test a juice out and it was VILE!!!Hot,nasty taste.swapped over to a VN and normal service resumed. So all i can say is try a VN tank.It may work, nothing ventured, nothing gained and all that. I was thinking of getting a tank anyway this month when I'm paid along with a twist to see if I can control the amount of TH a bit and have something easier to clean so thanks

So it could be a bit of everything I guess. Chain vaping too much at work and in car. Not enough hydration (In the car and outdoor work fag breaks.) Using a clearo and letting that clearo run a bit low. Not enough VG. Well if I can replace the clearos this month with a tank and get a twist maybe and concentrate more on my hydration even if they only help a little bit it will still be an improvement. Thanks all, at least I've got some ideas and things to try now - no way do I want to go back to stinkies again after 8 days but I was almost reaching the point where I thought that throat hit wasn't a good price to pay for not smoking

Good choice,VV is really the way to go as you can tailor the voltage to just how YOU want it.Also juices vapourise at different voltages,so a juice thats nice at 3.6 volts might be bloody terrible at 4.0 volts. The coloured vivis from Vapeescape are REALLY nice. www.vapeescape.co.uk/vision-vivi-nova-stv~463

Kibbs, remember your only 8 days into this. People get weird symptoms stopping the ciggies. Vaping is something different for your body to get used to as well! Good advice already, higher VG, less power, plenty of water It will pass

Are you sure it isn't that its burning? Doesn't taste burnt, just feels like someone has coated the back of my throat with pepper. i got that with one of the Genesis i have re coiled it service back to normal lol as for my juice afraid i rarely buy any ,started mixing my own for past 3 weeks, mainly Viginia, but am just resting some Candy Floss and Virgiinia to see what it may be like, will say using 100% VG you get a sweet taste[sugary] which i like, but do notice if running low on juice you get that ouch hit ,think this could mainly be to it being to hot a vape, topped back up its fine

Kibbs, I had no intention of giving up smoking, I enjoyed it! Did a bit duel fuel to begin with, then vaped full time. fell off the wagon on a couple of occasions, but it just reinforced why I was vaping. all I can taste from a ciggie now is burning Vaping is better! It does take time tho to find your feet, get a set up that suits and some e-juice you like. enjoy the journey and don't worry if you feel the need for the odd ciggie

It's strange, even though I'm still a nic addict and it's not like when you have given up nic - one smoke is a bit of a failure. I would still feel like a failure if I smoked even one Don't know why, my rational mind tells me that's not the case.

My hubby didnt want to give up but when he saw how well I was doing he gave it a try. 6 hours later he declared it all rubbish and lit a ciggie. It was then he realised that compared to vaping cigs are the ones that are rubbish and has never picked one up since Ok it's only 4 months, but he's really surprised me

So what I'm trying to say is maybe you need a ciggie to show you what you are NOT missing

So what I'm trying to say is maybe you need a ciggie to show you what you are NOT missing Well I did give up for 3 days before a couple of weeks ago when I had a rechargeable 10 motives and ran out of carts, I spent a few days feeling ill because I was smoking and not enjoying it desperate for my Riva to arrive. I know I want to vape rather than smoke, but this second week has been a little hard. I think some vaping retail therapy will help in a couple of weeks when I get paid I could go duel fuel for a bit, but I'd rather not because I do prefer vaping... when it doesn't hurt Still good excuse for more toys and to try new juices to get my perfect set up hehe

You are only a week into it mate like karma said your taste buds and everything are all confused. My first few weeks were crap and even now sometimes I feel like I've swallowed broken glass. Try a nova but try it on low voltage you will be surprised at the difference.
