That is the route to take if you arent happy with what is happening, he didnt foresee the problems he is having and doesnt have any problem at all with people doing that and wont oppose it at all.

Well I've managed to talk to Min Haiyuan this morning, I've received an email from them that the payment as been refunded, will have to see if it updates in my PP. Will let you know

Got hold of Min in chat last night. He said "hello" an I though at last. However, that was all he said, and 90 minutes later after I'd prodded him a few times, I gave up!!!!

I had problems last night, the chat kept losing connection. The same happened this morning about 30 minutes in.

Try again now if you can, he was around an hour a go

Well i've had an update on paypal; - he has just sent me the tracking number - what bloody use is that - I already had the tracking number, whay has he not just sent me a refund?!!

Robby, you are following the status of these orders ... is he still dispatching non-juice orders ok ?

I got mine fully refunded this morning, after sending another dispute message through PP yesterday. I'm happy with this, I know he's busy and pretty much flat out with orders being sent, orders being returned from customs, refunds to be made etc. I've been told by my bank that PP refunds can take up to 10 days to be credited, but hopefully won't be that long. Think I'll wait to re-order til after the Chinese New Year, maybe wait til March or so.

I have absolutely no problem with ordering from him again, as Robby says he's a victim of his own success - and the language barrier makes things that much more difficult. I don't believe for one second that he's out to pull a fast one - I think he was just unprepared for all this and I don't blame him for that. In a couple of months he's had to entirely rebuild his website due to a virus attack, his sales (mostly overseas) have shot through the roof and now these customs issues. He's just one bloke trying to do his best. I hope he manages to get some useful staff on board and these customs problems are resolved soon.

thanks but given up now. Gave him til 12pm gym to e mail or refund me. he hasn't done either and it's now 3pm so opened pp dispute. have sent e mails etc for a couple of weeks now, none of which have been answered so had enough!
