totally agree dizzi which is why I was so reticent to do pp claim as my scenario was different. Had given him til Monday originally but tried again to sort it after Monday. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from him again though, as long as he now honours the dispute

I got mine fully refunded this morning, after sending another dispute message through PP yesterday. I'm happy with this, I know he's busy and pretty much flat out with orders being sent, orders being returned from customs, refunds to be made etc. I've been told by my bank that PP refunds can take up to 10 days to be credited, but hopefully won't be that long. Think I'll wait to re-order til after the Chinese New Year, maybe wait til March or so. I have absolutely no problem with ordering from him again, as Robby says he's a victim of his own success - and the language barrier makes things that much more difficult. I don't believe for one second that he's out to pull a fast one - I think he was just unprepared for all this and I don't blame him for that. In a couple of months he's had to entirely rebuild his website due to a virus attack, his sales (mostly overseas) have shot through the roof and now these customs issues. He's just one bloke trying to do his best. I hope he manages to get some useful staff on board and these customs problems are resolved soon. Couldnt have put it better myself

The last time anything tracked (RA626253842CN) was 07/12/12 and it says Departure from outward office of exchange. I'm pretty pissed off with this. He said if we raise a paypal dispute he will refund but this is not the case. I have ordered so many items from China over the years and have never had issues like this before - been waiting nearly 2 months now and all i want is my vamo. I would be quite happy if he was to get in touch and say, im sorry for this, I will send you another one and perhaps send it by EMS so I can get it a bit quicker!

Yes Robby you put in a dispute first which is friendly and allows you to work it out directly with the vendor. If the vendor does not sort it satisfactorily you turn it into a claim which is where PayPal investigate and says who's favour they find in. If they find it in your favour they take the money from sellers account and put it in yours.

First you raise a dispute which is basically if they are not getting in touch, which they didnt so you raise a claim. Then they get 10 days to reply to you or they refund the money as a matter of course. He left it 4 days then sent them the tracking number, which basically gives no info so it looks like he is trying to fight it rather than giving me my money back - starting to think that he may well be a rip off merchant!

You changed that last minute Robby yes there was a 50ml bottle of red bull liquid - I emailed him and said that he is ok to refund me for the e liquid and I will just take the vamo but surprise, surprise, he has not got back in touch. Now I am left in the situation that I was going to give my mum my lavatube but she is having to wait too!

I don't think so Stokey, I spoke to someone on the chat yesterday morning, they confirmed that my order had been returned. They asked me to raise a PP dispute and refunded me while I was on chat. My order was for just over £50 and has been refunded down to the last pence.

I would think so Des, have you looked at the invoice online?, if there is a tracking number it shows up near the bottom of the invoice.
