First you raise a dispute which is basically if they are not getting in touch, which they didnt so you raise a claim. Then they get 10 days to reply to you or they refund the money as a matter of course. He left it 4 days then sent them the tracking number, which basically gives no info so it looks like he is trying to fight it rather than giving me my money back - starting to think that he may well be a rip off merchant! On the vendors side, they have to evidence they have sent the parcel, so he added the tracking no. when the parcel arrives (if it does) paypal can check to see if the parcel arrives . but as said previously on this thread, a percentage of parcels with liquids in were sent back to min over the new year.

well i ordered my stuff sunday sunday 6th dispatched monday 7th with tracking number and arrived yesterday weds 16th so at 9 days i have no grumbles (no liquids)

well i ordered my stuff sunday sunday 6th dispatched monday 7th with tracking number and arrived yesterday weds 16th so at 9 days i have no grumbles (no liquids) Same happened with one of my orders with no liquid or batteries.

I work in a c ustomer facing role and if I treated my customers like that, I wouldnt have any left - especially in a relatively niche market.

I have passed the order number on through another channel. Everyone knows what I think about his communications, but there are mitigating circumstances and he is making progress sorting the problems after what has been a nightmare for him and at the same time sending out hundreds of orders every day, training new staff, trying to keep on top of the chat box, he got a virus on his system and had to get the whole system updated which didnt go well as we all know. Then the e liquid problems. To top it all off, he doesnt speak a word of English, any personal communication on the chat box is done through translation software. I have said it before, but he has been a victim of his own success, but he is getting there, albeit slowly.

I dont even want a refund though, I just want the vamo I ordered almost 2 months ago but have been forced to go through paypal to chase a refund now. If he was jsut to say I'm sorry for the delay and mix up, I will send it out to you via ems so I dont have to wait too much longer, I would be more than happy!

to Min @ "Vaporbreak" on a couple of points: 1stly - Having to deal with so many orders ie being a "Victim" of his own success 2ndly - Having to deal with irate customers, from what I can gather, we here on AAEC are only a percentage of customers the Guy has to satisfy! 3rdly - Having the "Cahuna's" (Balls) to work his way through the disputes, ie Settling Paypal refunds promptly(from what i'm reading onhere), whilst still fulfilling orders, whilst trying to also train Staff(Can't be easy on him), and also trying to get the communication problems sorted, and getting his Site in a reasonable working order after the Virus problems!! I personally ordered on 12th December a "VAMO Kit", and as you'll see from my invoice 120ml of E-liquid. I must admit I was starting to sweat/fret on what was going to happen. But to my surprise.....The Postie arrived yesterday, and all was present and correct! I'm chuffing away on my VAMO as I write with some B&H(Gold&Silver) Hangsen, albeit the small E-liquid bottles had some dodgy photocopied labels, and the Bigger bottles had labels the like i'd never seen. But flavour, throat hit, and Vapour produced is also the best i've had to date....Think i've found my "Nirvana" I would say to people still waiting for orders to be fulfilled, give him a wee bit of time, a wee bit of your gracious patience, as I know what i'm like @ times - I want things yesterday!!!
