I think I read in the newsletter that they have switched from using discount codes to using loyalty points instead.

Could be mixing them up with a different vendor though because there have been quite a few newsletters arriving lately.

I think You are rite steve, i have some points stacked up. it doesn't amount to 10% though , the codes definitely not working anyway, Sadie i'm afraid i don't do Facebook , no worries i will drop them an email see what they say, cheers all

Call me old fashioned but I would rather have the discount.

Going back in 3 months to accrue another couple of points just isn't the same as saving a quid now.

Most vendors have increased postal charges over the past few months, Alba are no different.

Freebies, personally quality of service comes first and to date Lee has never failed me on that front, actually quite the opposite, gone above and beyond what I would expect from a vendor

its now plus the vat as well, i bought a cobra and accrued quite a few reward points, i've looked at ordering some juice but the postage and the vat are putting me off, great service no doubt but it is expensive
